LAHORE: Geo News has obtained the initial forensic report of the brutal killing of 8 members of a family in a house in Lahore.
According to sources, one of the dead, identified as Nazir had blood stains on clothes that match with the samples picked from the other persons killed in the house.
The murder weapon, in this case a hammer, found from the scene does not have any finger prints because its handle was made of wood, the sources added. However, the chemical retrieved from near the dead bodies was also found on Nazir's feet.
The report states the cause of Nazir's death as an overdose of tranquilizers, sources further add.
The police has confirmed that no robbery took place in the house.
